Oficyna Peryferie

Oficyna Peryferie is an independent publishing house working, since 2014, with Polish and international artists with special interest in drawing and illustration. Oficyna focuses on zines, artist books and original prints, and runs a workshop, producing editions. In practice Oficyna Peryferie combines a printing and binding workshop with an extensive educational program. Since they started, hundreds of workshops and lectures have been conducted, manuals and tutorials have been published, and a platform to support Polish visual artists in developping their publishing practice have been created. Oficyna focuses their research on the East European context of publishing, which includes an underground tradition of independent political activism.
