Melek Zeral is an illustrator and author of comics born in 1994 in Algeria. Her work investigates time, the banality surrounding daily life, the deconstruction of memories: from a sunset seen a thousand times, to the slowness of the snow falling over the pavement or the making of a braid with four hands. Through her work, one-sided love stories come to be entangled with these fleeting moments. For this edition of PABF, she will be presenting a series of engraved objects and new riso prints which will reference her latest book edited by Colorama.
