I Have Emotional Attachments All Over the Internet is a visual essay created in the aftermath of a breakup with someone met in cyberspace. The essay serves as a means to process the complex emotions that arise from falling in love and interacting via a machine, with minimal physical encounters. The images predominantly depict naive preconceptions of how people envision the virtual world, as well as their interchange and emotions surrounding it. With the Internet and AI now functioning as an extended dimension, the question arises of how our relationship with it will evolve in the future.
