PULSE
Bangkok • Thailand
PULSE Social Enterprise was first established in Bangkok by southern Thai gay brothers Bhirachat Yaemim and Dr. Deyn Natthakhet Yaemim. It consists of medical clinics focusing on gay men’s health, an art gallery, a publishing structure, a community space, and entertainment activities that contribute to the project of empowering people to live proudly with their own lifestyles. PULSE clinics are trend-setting lifestyle clinics with twenty-three branches, and online-to-offline services worldwide, and provide comprehensive services for sexual health and Travelers medicine with the ultimate goal to end the HIV burden and stigma around sex and non-mainstream sexual preferences.
The PULSE Clinic itself was the world’s first medical center to prescribe PrEP to the public without having to apply at research centers. It has been a place where governments from thirty-six countries over the globe come and learn how to create equal PrEP accessibility for people from 196 countries around the world.
Dr. Deyn is a passionate artist and publisher. His painting and writing express ideas, feelings, and emotions that drive social movement forward to promote and encourage the natural beauty of life, improving sexual mental well-being- especially for LGBTx- equality, and fights all forms of discrimination.
Dr. Deyn paints using a variety of mediums, recording a visual diary into artworks collected by collectors from Europe, Americas, and China. Dr. Deyn has exhibited his work in Vienna, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and Brussels.
