MonoRhetorik is the imprint of Matt Plezier’s art and publishing practice. Informed by DIY ethics and long involvement with punk and underground scenes, MonoRhetorik takes an approach that is sensitive to diverse contexts and aimed at disseminating a wide array of subjects.

Last Gays On Earth? is a 
series of collages by Matt Plezier assembled 
from different vintage
 gay porn and
 queer
 zines from his collection, supplemented with newspaper headlines and 
articles. The zines deconstruct their anti-gay 
message, unapologetically combining it
 with gay pornographic imagery and iconography.
