MonoRhetorik is the imprint of Matt Pleizer’s art and publishing practice. Informed by DIY ethics and long involvement with punk and underground scenes, MonoRhetorik takes an approach that is sensitive to diverse contexts and aimed at disseminating a wide array of subjects.
For this edition of the Paris Ass Book Fair, Matt Plezier is collaborating with Michiel Terpelle, a queer graphic designer and typographer. Amidst the variety of publications they are presenting, the pair revisits their private porn collections that were once hidden on family computers, recalling that the digital realm is a space of discovery and self-development.
