Laura Richard is a graphic designer and illustrator whose work blends pencil drawings, digital illustrations, poems, and fanzines, navigating the realms of sarcasm, sweat, and sensuality. Inspired by her wanderings through dating apps, the people she meets at parties, and the fictional scenarios she plays out in her head, Laura captures bodies and their desires on paper. Her depictions step outside binary norms and convey the sexual and emotional tensions that drive her characters. Between the more or less trivial photos and the short erotic texts that fill her phone, her daily life has become the raw material for her art. Laura loves to clash words and images with a tone that reflects her personality: sometimes sweet and romantic, sometimes sharp and irreverent.
