A4xX

A4xX, presented by Christine Demias, is a work that takes the form of a collection that can be printed on-site. It’s a free edition in unlimited print runs, making it possible to assert that the world’s largest private collection of contemporary art is now free and accessible to all. As a collective, expandable, and participatory work, A4xX aims to thwart the hyper-selective structures of the dominant art world. By giving everyone access to artistic expression and by encouraging circulation and networking, A4xX creates the conditions for relationships, exchanges, and encounters. Demias also presents her personal editions (postcards, posters, stickers, artist books, etc.).
