Le Club des 5

Le Club des 5 gathers several actors on the margins of contemporary art publishing: Stéphane Prigent, who has been publishing under the name “Fais-le toi-même si t’es pas content” since 2000; Jonas Delaborde, one of the two artists behind the Nazi Knife publications; Anna Lejemmetel, co-founder of the BATT, a cooperative bookstore in Paris; Hotu, an experimental visual artist and musician; and PES, a poet-filmmaker and editor of several hundred booklets under the banner of Eden Editions. All of these players share a fetish for printed representation and the specific aura that emanates from images when they are transformed by their appearance on paper.
