Founded by Kaamna Patel, Editions JOJO began as a self-publishing imprint in 2019, and has since grown to become an artist-led platform for contemporary photography in India operating under multiple rubrics. Editions JOJO currently has 3 titles under the imprint, and now is involved in publishing artist books of independent practitioners in India. JOJO Ambassador, an extension of Editions JOJO, is a travelling bookshop named after the iconic Ambassador Taxis in India. The distribution initiative represents photo books from Asia via fairs and various pop-ups.
