COLORAMA

Colorama is a small art press and Riso printing studio run by Johanna Maierski since 2015. They publish experimental comics and artists’ books, lecture at universities and teach workshops and host residencies around self-publishing, printing and binding. Colorama understands publishing and printing as a collaborative practice and a democratic tool of participation in artistic and political discourses; in that, they are a part of a wider community of publishers and printers who believe in para-institutional learning, equity and autonomy.
