Vlad Zorin

Vlad Zorin is a Russian artist working with photography. His artistic language was formed through the analysis of male sexuality, sensuality, and the youth experience. The book presented at the fair, Vlad Zorin’s year-long research, features 18 interviews with young Russian men from different parts of the country reflecting on topics of sex and sexuality. The text is followed by intimate portraits of the guys made mostly in their homes. In her introduction to the book, feminist and sex educator Sasha Kazantseva writes: “It is perhaps the first attempt to collect candid stories of sexual experiences, as told by Russian men.” The last pages of the book were left blank to create space for reflection about one’s own personal story of life-long sexual evolution.
