Optical Sound

Optical Sound is a hybrid and atypical structure, stealthy and mobile, which traces its own boundaries between experimental music and contemporary art. Since 1997, Optical Sound has been working on an interdisciplinary mix, producing indiscriminately records, badges, screen prints, limited editions, exhibitions, magazines, etc.

Without dogma or chapel, Optical Sound draws the cartography of a territory animated by a tight network of contributors who work by means of co-optation, through productions, encounters, sharing of data and passions.

Graphic designers, visual artists, writers and musicians are all part of a production dynamic, a trademark that has weathered the ups and downs of underground cultural production in a country that is not very receptive to breaking down barriers and crossing genres.
