AZY is a Japanese illustrator born in Tokyo in 1992. Japanese subcultures such as manga and anime have fostered her colorful and cheerful ideas since childhood. After studying illustration at University of Brighton, United Kingdom, she began her freelancing career. Since then she has been creating commissions for magazine publications, production companies and live events in Japan. Alongside those commissions, she brings to life her perception of the world in her zines and artworks.
