Anna Ádám is a choreographer for the Gray Box company, a visual artist and an activist. Mixing creation, research, education and activism, Anna Ádám dreamed up and created the School of Disobedience, a politically engaged sustainable community art project composed of an anti-canonical Performance Art School, a feminist Fight Club, and a Healing Center to help you deal with modern life shits, open for all women. Written in an anti-academic language, filled with marginal bodies, dissident sexualities, lust and desire, her handmade publications combine embroidery, drawing, and texts. They are soft spaces of contestation and revolt, where words and shapes are knives, language and images are weapons.
