Mon travail est un doux mélange de pleins de choses, mais il est aussi très simple. Il est fait de dessins et de photos qui sont le résultat de glanages, pérégrinations, aux quatre coins du monde, car je voyage un peu trop pour mon empreinte carbone, et aussi d’un dialogue interne entre les facettes de ma personnalité. J’aime à m’attarder sur un détail, un moment surprenant, et en même temps, je cherche à retranscrire une énergie universelle globale. Bien entendu le résultat est drôle, que ce soit voulu ou non.
My work is a happy mixture of many things, but is also very simple. It consists of drawings and photos that are the result of searching and wandering around the four corners of the world – my carbon footprint is a bit too big – and an internal dialogue between the different facets of my personality. I like to focus on interesting details and on surprising moments, at the same time as I try to register a global, universal energy. The results are obviously funny, whether intentionally or otherwise.
